Peace in Our Time

Hello fellow readers, today we are going to talk about what i hope to transform in this world.
As you can tell from the title, i wish that the world can be a peaceful place. There is no war between countries. Although we live in a safe and peaceful place, there is no war or any fighting in Santa Barbara, but outside of U.S, in Iraq, in Pakistan, and a lot of other places on this planted are in war. A lot of people died in war every single day. Everyday, new inventions come out, but a lot of them are designed to kill people or to destroy some targets. A lot of new technology come out, but they are not design to make humanity unite, they are pulling us apart. In stead of spending a lot of money on weapons to harm people, we should use them resources on space exploration or fixing the solution problems on Earth. Humanity should Unite and fight together.

Bravery

The most courageous person that i know is Abraham Lincoln. He got elected just before the cilvil war and he lead the Union fight against the Confederacy. He free the slave in and hold the country together during the most dangerous time in U.S. He was assassinated by John Wilkes Booth after the war, but his courage and bravery still remain.

I am a boot

Hi guys, today I am going to be a confederates soldier's boots, and i am going to write a poem to the future generation about the lesson I learned during the war.

I've been to the green grass land,
been to the deep dark forest,
been to the sandy desert,
and the rocky mountains.

I stepped into the icy river,
into the wet mud,
across the dead body of the soldiers
who fought bravely during war.

I went to the front line of the battle,
and stepped into the blood of the dead soldiers.
I fight for the right of the people of the South,
my enemy fight for the freedom of slaves.

I saw soldiers fight to defend their homeland,
saw soldiers lying on the ground, injured.
I am a confederates soldier's boots,
and this is the bloody Civil War.
